Mrs. Hume's pheasant (Syrmaticus humiae) (Meitei: Nongin; literally, "one who follows the track of rain", Mizo: Vavu), also known as Hume's pheasant or the bar-tailed pheasant, is a large forest pheasant. It is the state bird of Mizoram and Manipur.
